Sharon has been a freelance community dance teacher working with both adults and children for over 30 years. She trained at Goldsmiths College and the IDTA. and worked as a professional dancer in cabaret, performance art and theatre in education before entering the teaching profession.
As well as managing and teaching at Dance on Broadway, Sharon also runs Line Dance classes for Joy (Just Older Youths), Music and Movement for Under 5's and their Parent/Carers (Rachel McMillan Nursery and Quaggy Nursery) and Tap classes for Morley College. She also is involved in voluntary work locally and nationally including fundraising for Cancer Research, WWF (dancing bears), Children In Need and more recently as an audience leader in the opening and closing ceremonies of The Paralympics

Scott Matthews has recently completed his Masters Degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and has been working for Dance on Broadway since 2014.
Scott has been dancing for nearly 12 years now, working with the IDTA syllabus throughout. Scott will soon enter for the IDTA Level 4 Diploma in Dance, specialising in Modern Jazz.
As of September 2016 Scott will be taking on a more active teaching and financial role throughout the school. Scott is also undertaking two more diplomas this year, Level 3 Diploma in Dance for Older People and Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing.
Clara Sham. IDTA Licentiate in Ballet. Royal Academy of Dance Mutually Recognised Teacher.
BSc Economics and MSc Finance.
Clara has been studying ballet since the age of six and started teaching since 2009. She is experienced in teaching both children and adult ballet to advanced level.
Clara performs with Balletomane Ballet Company in The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Coppelia, La Bayadere, La Cosaire and other mixed bills with her favourite roles including Aurora, Silver fairy, Violente, Pirate Gypsyand Carabosse.
Clara is also a trained Pilates mat work instructor.

Winston Taylor born in Lewisham and started dancing at the age of 24 years. Winston Studied Modern jazz, Contemporary dance and Ballet, at Lewisham and Southwark College and then later studied at Morley College and completed the Community Dance Teachers programme.
Winston worked for Euro dance Agency auditioning and choreographing dancers for TV work in Europe and from there choreographed and performed in Keith O'Briens Jazz dance company based at Laban
Winston also set up his own group MUD (Mixed United Dance) working with Live Bhangra bands and appearing on several TV shows including Blue Peter.
At present Winston works as a Meals on Wheels driver and in his spare time is an assistant Tap Tutor at Morley college and is also Dance on Broadway's resident Jazz Dance Choreographer (his choreography influenced by matt Mattox) with our mixed age/ability group on a Wednesday night
